GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SCOPE

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

1. CONTRACTING PARTY, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, CORRECTION OPTIONS

The purchase contract is concluded with VeroVitalis, Fabianova.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may first place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, thereby accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of the contract may include a one-time purchase of our goods as well as the conclusion of a product subscription (available in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg), i.e., the regular delivery of physical products ("subscription"). In case of a subscription, the special conditions outlined in the section "Special Conditions for Subscriptions" apply.

The available language(s) for the conclusion of the contract is/are: German.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Additional shipping costs may apply to the indicated product prices. Further information on shipping costs, if any, can be found with the offers.

Delivery is made only by shipping. Self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

1. PAYMENT

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card
During the order process, you provide your credit card information. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there, authenticate with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is available during the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to selected, registered PayPal customers. We have no influence over these options; they are governed solely by your relationship with PayPal. Further details can be found in your PayPal account.

Google Pay
To pay via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function activated, authenticate with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further instructions will be provided during the order process.

Apple Pay
To use Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, authenticate with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further instructions will be provided during the order process.

The invoice amount is due upon shipment of the goods and receipt of the invoice.

1. REDEEMING DISCOUNT CODES

Our discount codes are valid either storewide or for the items specified in the respective promotion – while supplies last.

Discount codes are valid only during the promotional period stated in the offer.

A minimum order value as stated in the promotion applies.

Discount codes are not combinable with other codes.

Each discount code may only be used once per order.

Cash redemption or retroactive crediting of discount codes for previous orders is not possible.

1. RETENTION OF TITLE

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

1. TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO SHIPPING PARTNER

After purchase, we transmit the address and email address to the shipping service provider DHL based on the legitimate interest of both the sender (controller) and DHL (third party) to avoid misdelivery, protect postal confidentiality, and enable customer-friendly delivery timing. The rights and freedoms of the recipient are not compromised; in fact, the data transfer serves their interest. The recipient can object at any time to this data processing with either the sender or DHL.

1. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such faults immediately to the delivery person and contact us without delay. Failure to report or contact us has no impact on your legal rights but helps us assert our claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

The following special conditions apply to subscription contracts:

12.1 CONTRACT TERM AND TERMINATION
Subscriptions are entered into for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time.

Termination for good cause remains unaffected. Good cause exists if the terminating party cannot reasonably be expected to continue the contract considering all circumstances. Consumers may terminate via electronic cancellation buttons on our website.

12.2 OUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE
We reserve the right to terminate the contract for good cause under the same conditions. Termination must be made in writing (e.g., letter or email).

12.3 PAYMENT
For subscriptions, only selected payment methods may be available. Available options are shown during checkout.

12.4 OTHER PROVISIONS
Further details on pricing and potential discounts can be found in the subscription offers.

All information required for contract processing must be truthful and kept up to date. You are obligated to inform us of any changes (especially address or payment details) during the subscription term.

1. LIABILITY

We are fully liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents

• in the event of injury to life, body or health,

• in cases of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

• for guarantees, where agreed, or

• where the scope of the Product Liability Act is applicable.

For breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contract. All further liability for damages is excluded.
