Mushrooms are neither plants nor animals.

There are several thousand scientific publications on medicinal mushrooms, mainly from in-vitro and animal models.

Human studies are still under development.
For this reason, no medical claims may be made in Europe.

Certain types of fungi have been consciously used and observed in Asian cultures for centuries. Their significance lay primarily in their cultural classification and symbolic role in everyday life.

 

In ancient Chinese traditions, Reishi was considered a special mushroom of the imperial court and was associated with ideas of stability, balance and longevity.

 

Cordyceps was valued in the highlands of Asia for its rarity and mentioned in connection with endurance and the demands of an active life.
